Удаление аккаунта и данных AzEasier

Эта страница объясняет, как удалить аккаунт AzEasier и все связанные с ним данные, в том числе если вы входили через Apple, Google, Facebook или Yandex ID.

1. Прямо в приложении (самый быстрый способ)

1. Откройте AzEasier и войдите в свой аккаунт.
2. Перейдите в Профиль → Удалить аккаунт и подтвердите удаление.

Сразу и безвозвратно стираются аккаунт, профиль, прогресс, состояние подписки в AzEasier, неоконченные уроки, ответы на упражнения, сообщения AI-тьютору, обратная связь, статистика использования и диагностика, ваш ответ о статистике, настройки писем и связанные поставщики входа. Записи расхода AI-тьютора теряют связь с аккаунтом. Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписку: отмените её отдельно в настройках Apple ID (iOS) или в Google Play (Android). 2. По электронной почте

Если приложение недоступно, напишите на contact@finalingua.com. Укажите, что хотите удалить аккаунт AzEasier, и адрес электронной почты аккаунта. Если вы входили через поставщика без обычного адреса электронной почты, например Yandex ID, укажите имя в профиле и примерную дату входа. Мы удалим данные вручную.

3. Вход через Apple, Google, Facebook или Yandex ID

При входе через поставщика мы получаем идентификатор аккаунта у этого поставщика и, если он передан, адрес электронной почты и имя. Для Yandex ID мы сохраняем идентификатор и имя, но не адрес электронной почты. Эти данные удаляются вместе с аккаунтом AzEasier.

Удаление аккаунта AzEasier не отзывает доступ приложения на стороне поставщика входа. Чтобы убрать AzEasier из списка подключённых приложений, откройте настройки соответствующего аккаунта и удалите доступ AzEasier там.

Deleting your AzEasier account and data

This page explains how to delete your AzEasier account and all the data linked to it, including when you signed in with Apple, Google, Facebook or Yandex ID.

1. In the app (the quickest way)

1. Open AzEasier and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account (Профиль → Удалить аккаунт) and confirm.

Your account, profile, progress, AzEasier subscription state, lessons left half-way, exercise answers, AI tutor messages, feedback, usage statistics and diagnostics, your answer about statistics, email preferences and linked sign-in providers are erased immediately and permanently. AI tutor usage records lose their link to the account. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it separately in Apple ID settings (iOS) or in Google Play (Android). 2. By email

If you cannot use the app, email contact@finalingua.com. Say that you want your AzEasier account deleted and give the email address of the account. If you signed in through a provider without a normal email address, such as Yandex ID, include the profile name and approximate sign-in date. We will delete the data manually.

3. Signing in with Apple, Google, Facebook or Yandex ID

When you sign in through a provider, we receive your account identifier at that provider and, if it is provided, your email address and name. For Yandex ID we store the identifier and name, but not the email address. These are deleted together with your AzEasier account.

Deleting your AzEasier account does not remove the app's access on the provider's side. To remove AzEasier from your connected apps, open the settings of the relevant provider account and remove AzEasier there.
